    Weird, cool. Maybe if you do it again you can use an semi transparent epoxy, give it some color, but still glassy.

    That’s very interesting. Do you remember exactly what kind of epoxy you used? I’ve never seen epoxy that cured to be that clear.

    does the epoxy resonate well? it seems like that would muffle resonance which is fine for an application like this as it’s a one off piece that will always sound exactly like it does. I think it’s cool. Can you post up a video of the tone?
