I mean, Vilma has a point. It will be very difficult for Michigan to stop Williams.

Factually correct. Will be hard to stop an RB playing a few states away

Man, I hope no one at ESPN realizes the mistake, causing it to carry through right up to kickoff. Can you imagine the awkwardness when the announcers suddenly realize they have the wrong team?

Didn’t they do something else like this a few days ago? What is ESPN’s problem with us?

I’ve been take-squatting for years that 9 out of 10 analysts(both in the booth and the studio) don’t really know much about what they’re covering. They just spout a stat, followed by 2 opinions and another stat, all to just be saying something and fill time.

    This backs up my position.

One of their production crew has to be a Clemson alum who keeps getting away with this shit. Theres no explanation for how they keep fucking up their name and logo.

so is this mistake justified by the layoffs?

or are more layoffs justified after this mistake?

I really think this was done intentionally for content. What are the odds that not one person working as a producer, editor, or talent on that show knew who Michigan’s, South Carolina’s, Louisville’s, or Mississippi State’s bowl opponent was? I don’t buy it. People who ascend to that level in their careers aren’t that absent-minded. I’m not laughing at them for making a mistake. I’m embarrassed for them that they’re resorting to this for publicity.

Damn, ESPN is laying the disrespekt on Carolina. First by mistaking them for the third best team in South Carolina ^^^^^^Citadel ^^^^^^is ^^^^^^the ^^^^^^second and now this. I’m torn because I want to maintain the bowl victory margin for South Carolina over Michigan and Ohio State, but I’d have to want Carolina to win.
