We already knew Brie Larson was insanely strong: like doing push-ups with weighted chains, 400-pound hip thrusts, and insane ab exercises strong.
Then, we saw this video of her pushing a 5,000-pound Jeep for training, and we’re never going to complain about our leg-day workouts again. “A training highlight — pushing @risemovement almost 5,000 lbs Jeep (with a full tank of gas and Alyssa behind the wheel for safety!) for 60 seconds,” she wrote in her Instagram caption.
Brie has shared lots of footage of her training for Captain Marvel, and we are beyond impressed with how strong she got. We know Marvel fans live for the trailers, but honestly, Brie’s workout videos alone have us hyped for the March 8 release.
